Okay, I want to know if you guys that watch own any reptiles or amphibians

Reason? I have been talking with my boyfriend, quite a bit and we're thinking about going into terrarium background making

What does this mean? Realistic rock backgrounds (not those silly ExoTerra foam inserts, though those are nice

First we're going to make one for our Red Tail Boa's tank, include a rock pool and waterfall integrated in, since she -loves- messing in her water and we want to keep it filtered


We'll post pictures as soon as we get started, we'll also be making "Shale" foam basking rocks and I want to try to make plaster mold branches and trees for the arboreal tanks

I'll have more details when we start making them, but if there's any interest note me and we can start brainstorming

I think options included are going to be a waterfall set up and a rock pool to replace a water dish, though we're talking about how to fix the messes in the water we think a sump pump idea will work well, with cleaner fish and water plants with thick root systems
